- ⅓ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Freshly chopped parsley, basil, or cilantro, optional

Step 1: Add all the dressing ingredients to a blender, and blend until well combined.
