- 1 teaspoon dried thyme 2g
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 2g

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 60g
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth 475ml
- 1 cup milk or cream 240ml
- 2 cups water 475ml
- Fresh parsley or chives chopped (optional)
