  • 1 jar of salted peanuts, about 16 ounces
  • 1 jar of unsalted peanuts, about 16 ounces
  • 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, about 12 ounces
  • 1 bar of German sweet baking chocolate, about 8 ounces 
  • 2 pounds of white almond bark, torn into tiny pieces
  • Sprinkles, optional

Instructions for Preparing the Crockpot Candy Recipe

This recipe is easy to prepare, and here are the step-by-step instructions you need to follow to get these delightful treats.

Step 1: Spread the salted and unsalted peanuts at the bottom of the crockpot, then layer on top with the chocolate chips, German chocolate, and white almond bark accordingly.

Step 2: Cover the slow cooker, and cook on low heat for 2 hours.

Step 3: Open the lid, and stir until well combined.

Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, scoop heaping tablespoons onto the lined baking sheet. If you have sprinkles, you can choose to decorate the tops with it.

Step 5: Now, you can set aside to cool and set for 4-5 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour until fully set.

Note: 

  • You can choose to use dark chocolate chips in place of semi-sweet chocolate chips if you want that iconic bit of bitterness.
  • If you want to spice things up, you can add a bit of peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips.
