  • 1 large apple Honeycrisp or Gala, diced
  • 1 large pear Bosc or Bartlett, diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved (red or green)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional
  • 1 cup cubed persimmon Fuyu or Hachiya
  • 1/2 cup cubed fresh figs optional

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
