- 12 oz 340g fettuccine pasta
- 4 cups water for boiling
- 1 tbsp salt
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced (optional for extra flavor)

- ½ cup pasta water reserved
Boil the Pasta:
