Muffin Batter:
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Prepare the Muffin Batter
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line the muffin pan with muffin liners or lightly grease it.
