Bone Marrow Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ¼  Cup Parmigiana cheese
  • ½ Cup Mushrooms
  • ¾ Cup Creme Fraiche
  • ¾ Cup Bone Marrow
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Sprig Thyme
  • 2 Cup Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta in your large pot filled with salt water.
  • Cook for about 8 minutes according to specific pasta's requirements.
  • Heat your sauté pan over medium-high heat and add the butter, mushrooms and thyme sprigs.
  • Saute for 4 minutes until the mushrooms are softened.
  • Add your bone marrow and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
  • Cook for up to 3 minutes until it's well cooked.
  • If your pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve a bit of the pasta water.
  • Add the drained pasta to the Saute pan with the mushrooms.
  • Add everything to your Parmigiana cheese and creme fraiche and introduce your reserved pasta water.
  • Stir till its creamy. And It's ready for consumption!
