- ¼ Cup Parmigiana cheese
- ½ Cup Mushrooms
- ¾ Cup Creme Fraiche
- ¾ Cup Bone Marrow
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 Sprig Thyme
- 2 Cup Pasta
Boil the pasta in your large pot filled with salt water.
Cook for about 8 minutes according to specific pasta's requirements.
Heat your sauté pan over medium-high heat and add the butter, mushrooms and thyme sprigs.
Saute for 4 minutes until the mushrooms are softened.
Add your bone marrow and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
Cook for up to 3 minutes until it's well cooked.
If your pasta is cooked, drain it and reserve a bit of the pasta water.
Add the drained pasta to the Saute pan with the mushrooms.
Add everything to your Parmigiana cheese and creme fraiche and introduce your reserved pasta water.
Stir till its creamy. And It's ready for consumption!
