- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 tomatoes sliced
- 1 ball fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-cook until done, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest and then slice.
