- 2 ounces of cranberry juice
- 1 ounce of apple juice
- ½ ounce of lime juice fresh
- Ginger ale
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 5 mint leaves
- Icing sugar
- Fresh lime, rosemary sprigs, and cranberries, to garnish
Get your shaker. Bruise the mint leaves gently to release some juice and toss them in the shaker, then add the maple syrup. Allow it to sit for a few minutes.
Add in the cranberry juice, apple juice, and fresh lime juice with some ice cubes and shake very well.
Get a glass cup and wet the top edges then roll over the icing sugar on a plate. Toss some ice into the glass, and strain the mixture over the ice in the glass. Top up with some ginger ale.
Garnish with some sliced limes, rosemary sprigs, and fresh cranberries.
