Ingredients

  • 4 blocks of Garlic and Herb Boursin cheese
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 cups of panko bread crumbs
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
  • ½ freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, break in your eggs, and beat them till everything is well combined. Preheat your oven to 410°F (or 210°F).
  • In another bowl, add in the panko bread crumbs, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  • Add the flour into a bowl. Now, take a boursin block, dredge it into the bowl of flour, and turn it round making sure the flour coats all the sides properly.
  • Now, take the block dredged in flour, dredge it in the bowl of beaten eggs, and make sure to coat every side.
  • Take the block and dredge it in the bowl of seasoned panko crumbs, and make sure to coat all sides properly. Repeat these steps for the remaining boursin blocks.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, and set the Boursin blocks on the baking sheet.
  • Transfer to the preheated oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Take it out of the oven and allow it to cook down for a couple of minutes before transferring it to a plate to serve.
  • Drizzle some honey over the baked boursin and garnish with some freshly chopped rosemary before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • I used the Garlic and Herb Boursin cheese but any other flavor would work in this recipe, just pick your favorite.
