Equipment

  • Crockpot (Slow cooker)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 16 oz Little Smokies sausages
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce use your favorite brand
  • ½ cup grape jelly
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard optional, for tangy flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika optional, for added smokiness

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, grape jelly, Dijon mustard (if using), garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.

Add to Crockpot

  • Place the Little Smokies sausages in the crockpot. Pour the prepared sauce over the sausages, ensuring they're evenly coated.

Cook

  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
  • Stir occasionally to ensure even heating and coating.
