Ingredients
  

For the Wraps

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons lightly crushed (optional, for crunch)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Optional Add-Ins

  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado slices
  • Crispy bacon bits

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Chop the Romaine lettuce and cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Lightly crush the croutons, if using.

Combine the Filling

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and optional add-ins like cherry tomatoes or bacon bits. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Warm the Tortillas (Optional)

  • Heat each tortilla in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 20 seconds per side to make them pliable.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture into the center of the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle with crushed croutons and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Slice each wrap in half diagonally for presentation.
  • Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for on-the-go meals.

Notes

You could make yours healthier with the use of whole wheat tortillas and a light Caesar dressing. Grilling the wraps briefly on a panini press can make it crunchier.
