Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Green olives finely chopped plus extra for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Olive brine adjust to taste for saltiness
  • 1 tbsp Vodka optional, for an authentic martini flavor
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley optional garnish
  • Crackers pita chips, or fresh veggies: For serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the base:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Incorporate the flavors:

  • Add the chopped green olives, olive brine, vodka (if using), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Adjust consistency:

  • If the dip is too thick, add an extra teaspoon of olive brine or water to thin it slightly.

Chill (optional):

  • For best results, refrigerate the dip for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Serve:

  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish, garnish with additional chopped olives and parsley, and serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
