Leftover Ham Fried Rice Recipe
This recipe stops you from getting rid of your leftover ham, and in the end, you get a simple and tasty fried rice with leftover ham.

- 2 cups of cooked ham diced, obviously
- 5 cups of cooked white rice long grain, at least a day old
- 3 whole eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup of white onions chopped
- ½ cup of bell pepper diced, optional
- ¼ cup of sesame oil
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- ⅛ cup of green onions chopped
- 3 large garlic cloves chopped
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of fish sauce optional
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add in 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and when it's hot, toss in the cooked ham and let it cook for about 2 minutes until it is browned on the outside. Remove the ham from the skillet, and set aside.
Now, add 1 more tablespoon of sesame oil to the skillet. Add in the eggs and cook till you get well-done scrambled eggs. Remove the eggs from the skillet, and set aside.
Add in more tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan. Allow to heat before adding in the chopped onions and garlic, and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add in two more tablespoons of sesame oil, and toss in the rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Stir the ingredients and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the rice is golden brown.
After the rice is well cooked, add in the ham, eggs, green onions, and bell pepper. Stir together, and cook for about 3 minutes.
