Preheat your oven to 400°F (or 200°C). Spray your 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls into half horizontally, and place the bottom half on the baking pan.
Spread the bottom half with pizza sauce, top with the pepperoni slices, and evenly spread the shredded mozzarella over it. Place the top of the rolls back on top.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, chopped parsley, and salt. Spread this mixture over the top of the rolls.
Cover the baking pan with foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Now, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
If the rolls are still connected, use a knife to gently separate them, and serve right away.
