Ingredients
  

Spinach and Artichoke Base:

  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Cheese Mix:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened

Flavor Enhancers:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes for spice

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Spinach:

  • Thaw the frozen spinach.
  • Place it in a clean dish towel or cheesecloth, and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

Mix the Base:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and garlic.
  • Mix until smooth and well-combined.

Add the Cheese:

  • Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).

Transfer to Dish:

  • Spoon the mixture into the baking dish or skillet. Spread it out evenly.

Bake:

  • Place the dish in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and lightly golden on top.

Serve:

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.
