Get a large bowl, and use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese (at room temperature) and sour cream together until they're well mixed.
Add the shredded Cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning to the mixture, and once again, use the hand mixer to blend until everything is combined perfectly.
Lay the cheese ball mixture on a large plastic wrap, use the wrap to cover the mixture. Mold into a ball shape, twist it shut, then place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Bring the cheese ball out of the refrigerator, and place it on a plate filled with chopped pecans. Press the pecans into the cheese ball evenly until it’s fully covered.
Press two pretzels into the top of the cheese ball to serve as the reindeer antlers.
Make two indents on the cheese ball without the pecans staying on, then place two black olives there to serve as the eyes.
Make another indent in between and below the eyes, and place the cherry tomatoes there to serve as the nose.
Viola! Your reindeer cheese ball is ready, serve with some crackers and herbs around it to enhance the appearance.
