- 1 lb ground pork sausage
- ½ package of frozen puff pastry defrosted
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 stalks celery finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 300°F (or 150°F).
In a bowl, add the ground pork sausage, onions, garlic, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Roll one puff pastry roll onto a baking sheet, and evenly spread ½ of the sausage mixture over it.
Starting with one short side, roll the pastry to the other end, and seal with a moist fork. Now, slice the log-like roll into 1-inch pieces. Repeat this with the second pastry roll sheet and the other half of the sausage mixture.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and set the roll pieces flat on it.
Transfer to your preheated oven, and bake for about 20 minutes, flipping onto the other side after 10 minutes. Remove and set on a paper towel, until it cools down a bit.
Serve warm, and Enjoy!
