Equipment

  • 1 Slow cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb of Chicken breast boneless and skinless
  • ½ lb of Bacon
  • 1 cup of Cream cheese
  • 1 cup of Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 packet of dry Ranch dressing mix
  • ½ bunch of green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a slow cooker, toss in the chicken on the bottom, then add in the cream cheese, dry Ranch mix, and bacon, accordingly.
  • Cover the slow cooker, and cook on low heat for about 6-8 hours until it is tender enough for you.
  • After that, open the cooker, and shred the chicken using two forks, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese and green onions on top.

Notes

  • You can use chicken thighs instead, but make sure to debone and skin.
  • To enhance the flavor, always use real bacon.
