- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 4½ cups of Progresso tomato basil soup about two cans 19-oz size
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper

Get a large saucepan over medium heat, then add the ground beef, and season with the onion, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Crumble the beef and allow it to brown.
Transfer the beef to the slow cooker whilst discarding any excess fat. Add the mixed veggies, tomato basil soup, and water to the slow cooker and stir properly with the beef.
Now, cook on low for 6 hours, but if you can't wait, you can cook on high for 3 hours.
