Snow Cream Recipe

The Snow Cream has a snowy texture with a sweet and creamy taste, it is also very easy recipe to prepare as it only takes about 4 ingredients and is going to be ready in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 8-12 cups fresh, clean snow
  • cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until just combined.
  • Go get your fresh and clean snow, about 8-12 cups are needed. Place them in a large bowl.
  • Now, pour the milk mixture into the snow whilst stirring with a spatula. Once done, its consistency should be like normal ice cream.
  • Serve immediately after, and enjoy!

Notes

  • As I said, the snow cream consistency should be similar to ice cream. If it's too runny, add more snow and if it's too coarse, add a little bit more milk.
  • As for storing leftovers, just place them in the most obvious place ever, your freezer.
  • In place of evaporated milk, you can use half-and-half or sweetened condensed milk but reduce the sugar by half, to ½ a cup.
