Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 packages ramen beef flavored if available
  • 3 large eggs soft boiled
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, salt, and peppers until the beef is browned. Drain any grease.
  • Add in the garlic and cook for about a minute. Now, reduce the heat to low, and stir in the rice vinegar and chili garlic sauce. After a few minutes, take off the heat and set aside.
  • Time to soft boil your eggs. Boil about 2 inches of water in a pan and add in the eggs. Allow to keep boiling for 5-7 minutes. Afterward, remove and set in a bowl of ice, then peel the eggs. Set it aside.
  • In a large skillet, bring 16 cups of salted water to a boil. Add in the ramen noodles without the seasoning packets, and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Drain the noodles while reserving one cup of the noodles water.
  • Add the drained noodles, seasoning packets, and noodles water to the beef mixture. Stir to combine and cook for about 1-3 minutes on low heat.
  • Slice the soft-boiled eggs into halves. Now, serve the ramen in 6 bowls, top with a soft-boiled egg half, some sliced green onions, and sesame seeds.
