- 12 jalapeño peppers medium size
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slices Bacon optional for wrapping
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs optional for coating
- 1 tbsp butter for toasting breadcrumbs
Prepare the Jalapeños
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes for a milder flavor, or leave some in for extra heat.
Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Bake
Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
