  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
