Easy Snow Cream Recipe

Snow Cream is just like ice cream but it swaps out the ice for neat, fresh snow and well, I have to say that I love it. Snow cream gives you a unique perspective as it feels different from ice cream but it is just as fun and delightful. Without wasting much of our time, let’s get right into it as it’s quite simple to make.

Snow Cream Recipe

This Snow Cream recipe has a snowy texture with a sweet and creamy taste. It is a very easy recipe to prepare as it only takes about 4 ingredients and is going to be ready in less than 10 minutes. For the snow, make sure that it is clean, fresh, and free of any unwanted material.

How to Prepare Snow Cream Recipe

Once you can see the snow falling, you know it’s time for this recipe. Here’s what you’ll need and how you’ll prepare this delicious snow cream at home.

Ingredients to Prepare Snow Cream Recipe

Here are the 4 ingredients you need to prepare this delightful recipe at home.

  • 8-12 cups of fresh, clean snow
  • 1½ cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

Instructions to Prepare Snow Cream Recipe

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how you can prepare this snow cream recipe at home to share with your family.

Step 1: In a bowl, add milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until just combined.

Step 2: Go get your fresh and clean snow, about 8-12 cups are needed. Place them in a large bowl.

Step 3: Now, pour the milk mixture into the snow whilst stirring with a spatula. Once done, its consistency should be like normal ice cream.

Step 4: Serve immediately after, and enjoy!

Notes:

  • As I said, the snow cream consistency should be similar to ice cream. If it’s too runny, add more snow and if it’s too coarse, add a little bit more milk.
  • As for storing leftovers, just place them in the most obvious place ever, your freezer.
  • In place of evaporated milk, you can use half-and-half or sweetened condensed milk but reduce the sugar by half, to ½ a cup.
