Equipment
- Large pot for boiling pasta
- Large skillet or pan
- Measuring cups & spoons

Ingredients
For the Pasta & Shrimp:

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup pasta water if needed for thinning
- ¼ cup chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions (about 10-12 minutes).
- Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water before draining. Set pasta aside.
Cook the Shrimp
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and transfer to a plate.
