  • 2 ounces of cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce of apple juice
  • ½ ounce of lime juice, fresh
  • Ginger ale
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Icing sugar
  • Fresh lime, rosemary sprigs, and cranberries, to garnish

Step 1: Get your shaker. Bruise the mint leaves gently to release some juice and toss them in the shaker, then add the maple syrup. Allow it to sit for a few minutes.

Step 2: Add in the cranberry juice, apple juice, and fresh lime juice with some ice cubes and shake very well.

Step 3: Get a glass cup and wet the top edges then roll over the icing sugar on a plate. Toss some ice into the glass, and strain the mixture over the ice in the glass. Top up with some ginger ale.
