  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
  • ½ freshly ground black pepper

Instructions for Preparing the Crispy Baked Boursin Recipe

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how you can prepare this delightful crispy baked boursin recipe at home.

Step 1: In a bowl, break in your eggs, and beat them till everything is well combined. Preheat your oven to 410°F (or 210°F).

Step 2: In another bowl, add in the panko bread crumbs, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.

Step 3: Add the flour into a bowl. Now, take a boursin block, dredge it into the bowl of flour, and turn it round making sure the flour coats all the sides properly.

Step 4: Now, take the block dredged in flour, dredge it in the bowl of beaten eggs, and make sure to coat every side.

Step 5: Take the block and dredge it in the bowl of seasoned panko crumbs, and make sure to coat all sides properly. Repeat these steps for the remaining Boursin blocks.

Step 6: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, and set the Boursin blocks on the baking sheet.

Step 7: Transfer to the preheated oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Take it out of the oven and allow it to cook down for a couple of minutes before transferring it to a plate to serve.

Step 8: Drizzle some honey over the baked boursin and garnish with some freshly chopped rosemary before serving. Enjoy!
