The caesar dressing is packed with bold flavors like the ones you find in fresh lemon juice, savory Parmesan, a little Dijon kick, and that signature umami depth from Worcestershire and anchovies all put together.   • Small mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Garlic press (optional)
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Grater (for Parmesan cheese)

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 anchovy fillets minced (or 1 tsp anchovy paste)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and anchovy paste until well combined.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking continuously to create a smooth, creamy consistency.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Add more lemon juice for tanginess or Parmesan for richness.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
