- 6 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled (360g)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise 60g
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 15g
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 15g
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives 15g
- Salt and pepper to taste (2g)
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion 30g
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery 30g
Instructions
- Cut the eggs into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
