- ⅛ cup of green onions, chopped
- 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, optional
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to prepare the leftover ham fried rice recipe.
Step 1: Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add in 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and when it’s hot, toss in the cooked ham and let it cook for about 2 minutes until it is browned on the outside. Remove the ham from the skillet, and set aside.
