Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 176°C).
Pour the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, garlic, pepper and salt into your mixing bowl
Use your handheld mixer to mix them for about two minutes until it is light and fluffy.
Add the chopped artichoke hearts and frozen chopped spinach (defrosted & drained) to the mixture.
Use your spatula to gently mix all of them properly.
Place the mixture in your baking dish, and spread it out evenly.
Press them down using your spatula, then spread some shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Now, transfer the baking dish to your oven at 350°F (or 176°C), and bake for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, take the pan out of the oven, and viola, your dish is ready for serving.
