Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounces canned chopped artichoke hearts
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach allow it to defrost, and drain all the water.
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 176°C).
  • Pour the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, garlic, pepper and salt into your mixing bowl
  • Use your handheld mixer to mix them for about two minutes until it is light and fluffy.
  • Add the chopped artichoke hearts and frozen chopped spinach (defrosted & drained) to the mixture.
  • Use your spatula to gently mix all of them properly.
  • Place the mixture in your baking dish, and spread it out evenly.
  • Press them down using your spatula, then spread some shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Now, transfer the baking dish to your oven at 350°F (or 176°C), and bake for 25 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, take the pan out of the oven, and viola, your dish is ready for serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it can mix well with the other ingredients. 
  • If you want some added flavor, you can opt for marinated canned artichoke hearts.
