- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined (450g)
- 4 cloves garlic minced (12g)
- 2 tablespoons butter 30g
- 2 tablespoons white wine 30ml
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 30ml
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley 5g
- Salt and pepper to taste (2g)
- 1 cup linguine 115g
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
