  • Cutting board

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked ham diced
  • 5 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 large carrots peeled and diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Dice the ham, potatoes, onion, carrots, and celery.

Layer Ingredients in the Crockpot

  • Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and ham to the slow cooker.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper on top.

Cook
