- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 30g

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives 15g
- Salt and pepper to taste (2g)
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion 30g
- 2 hard-boiled eggs diced (100g)
Instructions
