If you’re on the search for easy slider recipes, you’re in the right place, as I’ll be sharing something that has been great for me. This simple Ham and Cheese Sliders recipe may be the easiest, most satisfying party food yet. Without taking much of our time, let’s get right into it.

Simple Ham and Cheese Sliders Recipe

The Ham and Cheese Sliders are nothing short of wonderful, it has ham and cheese packed in the rolls which are then baked. One thing I like about the ham and cheese sliders is the delicious taste and pleasing flavors. Also, it is very easy to prepare which is great for someone like me, and probably you too.

How to Prepare Ham and Cheese Sliders Recipe

The prepping process of this dish is quite simple once you have all your needed ingredients, all you have to do is follow the instructions I’ll share with you here.

Ingredients to Prepare Ham and Cheese Sliders

Here are the ingredients you need to prepare this quick, delicious snack at home.

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 12 thin slices of deli ham
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 5 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ cup of onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Instructions for Preparing Ham and Cheese Sliders

Here are the step-by-step instructions you need to follow to prepare this lovely recipe.

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 175°C). Take the Hawaiian sweet rolls, and slice in half horizontally.

Step 2: In a bowl, mix cream cheese and garlic powder until well combined. Now, spread the cream cheese mixture over the surface of the two halves of the rolls.

Step 3: Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish (9×13”). Evenly layer each bottom roll with slices of cheese and ham. Place the top half of the dinner rolls over the fillings.

Step 4: In a saucepan over low heat, add the butter, onions, garlic, parsley, and mustard. Stir until everything is melted and well combined.

Step 5: Now, brush this butter mixture over the tops and sides of the rolls. 

Step 6: Cover the baking dish with foil, and bake in your pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes. After this, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

Step 7: Viola! Your delightful ham and cheese sliders are ready. Enjoy! 

Notes:

  • If the rolls are still connected, gently slice through individual sliders so they are separated and easy to grab.
  • If you want to make it ahead, assemble the sandwich up to 1 day in advance, then prepare the butter mixture and brush over before baking.
