Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Start by dicing the tomatoes into small cubes, aiming for a uniform size.
  • Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
  • Mince the garlic and jalapeño, adjusting the amount of jalapeño based on your spice preference.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, cilantro, and garlic.

Season the Salsa:

  • Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture, ensuring even coverage.
  • Add the ground cumin, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix Well:

  • Gently mix all the ingredients together using a spoon or spatula until well combined.

Chill (Optional):
